Most issues are caused by an incomplete address, a temporary data-provider delay, or an offline connection.

An address will not add

Use a complete Sui address beginning with 0x, followed by 64 hexadecimal characters.

Balances look incomplete

Refresh the selected address. The public GraphQL service can be rate-limited, and not every protocol position is represented by a fungible token. Verify important values directly with the protocol.

Move or restore a watchlist

Open Settings, choose Export portfolio, then use Import portfolio on the destination device. Local app data does not automatically follow you to another device.
